I was born in the mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona. Growing up in the canyons, mountains and deserts of Arizona crystallized my love for the outdoors, adventure and cycling. I have resided on the front range of Colorado off and on for the past 15 years, but hope to never leave again.
Design, Photography, Cycling, Snowboarding are just a few of my passions.
Professionally, I have extensive experience bringing national and global brands to life using strategic marketing, design thinking and collaboration with product design and sales teams.
As a graduate of the Design School at Arizona State University, I had the opportunity to study typography and color theory with some of the best. After graduation, I cut my teeth in ad agencies on numerous global brands and was part of the team that launched Tide® Pods.
In 2011, I married my professional experience with my personal passions in cycling and the outdoors. I become adept with modern startup culture leading Creative teams while bringing several brands to life from scratch, which included the naming, market positioning, design and brand launch while with QBP. This is most evident in my with Ketl Mtn apparel Teravail tires.
After 15+ years as a Designer, Art Director and Creative Director, I made the evolution to leading Brand Marketing teams which allowed me to marry my Creative background with my desire to bring holistic, complete brand strategies to life. After launching the BOA® Dialed In® campaign and content strategy as Creative Director at BOA®, I was fortunate enough to take on leadership of BOA® Global Marketing which included teams in Denver, Austria, Japan, Korea and China. This was an incredible opportunity to bring a Global Marketing strategy to life through Brand, Creative, Content, Digital and Trade Marketing.
In 2021, I took a dream job to lead Marketing for Yeti Cycles; a core, high end mountain bike brand based in Golden, Colorado. Yeti has been inspiration for me for over 20 years as a mountain biker and creative and it's an honor to work with such an innovative company.
